Repayment & costs

Loan period
Working capital: up to 24 months. Development or investment may exceed 24 months, subject to the bank’s assessment.
Seasonal repayments
Equal instalment amounts depend on projected agricultural cash flow. Irregular payments can also be structured around cash flow. Income from other sources may support repayment.
Grace period
No principal repayments during an agreed grace period; interest is payable where cash flow allows. Availability and duration are determined by the bank.
Interest & fees
The bank lists reducing-balance and flat-rate interest methods. A processing fee is required. Numerical rates and fee amounts are not published here—confirm your applicable costs with Centenary.
Disbursement & processing
Multiple disbursements may accommodate stages of production. The bank advertises faster processing and attractive rates; no processing deadline, rate or disbursement is guaranteed by Soillx.
